Saturday, September 20 and Sunday, September 21

The Sat Yoga Institute is participating in the “Festival of Yoga” on Sunday, September 21st. This is the first festival of its kind in Costa Rica. The event will be held at CENAC in Barrio Amón, San José. We invite you to join us in a celebration of world peace and harmony, which can be achieved through the transformative practice of Sat Yoga.

On Saturday, September 20th from 10-11 a.m. at the Sat Yoga Institute, in Escazu, you are invited to participate in a guided meditation class with our director, Shunyamurti.

On Sunday, September 21st, you are invited to the “Festival of Yoga”, at CENAC. It will go from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. The Sat Yoga Institute will have a table at the festival where you can obtain more information about the Sat Yoga Approach to Self-Realization, about the Institute itself, and the programs and services we offer to the community. Shunyamurti’s new book “The Transformational Imperative” will also be available.

You are also invited to participate in an open Satsang, to be held at the Sat Yoga Institute on Thursday, September 25th. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about Sat Yoga and to meet our spiritual community. The satsang is free, but please register in advance, as seating is limited.
